This includes coordinating care among caregivers or family members and forming a circle of support. As well as gathering community resources to assist primary caregivers.
This includes assistance with gathering funeral and cemetery information, along with green burial and water cremation education and planning.
Support with Clergy, Chaplain, Celebrant, or another Spiritual practitioner. Certified Reiki healer. Reiki can help a patient to heal spiritually and emotionally between this pivotal transition from life to death.
By sitting with, cradling, or holding hands. Hearing is the last sense to go, so talking, reading, singing, playing music, or praying is another way to assist in helping the soul transition. This is also the time to perform any rituals or cultural traditions along with sacred ceremonies to honor the life lived, the community it served, and create a path for healing.
