The following is a description of services provided along with a suggested sliding scale for each.

A conversation to learn more about my services and ask questions. Phone or video call preferred. If an additional consultation is needed, then $60 per hour will be required
Consultation with family in regard to personal information about the family, gathering and facilitating human resources available, meal planning, gather hospice or palliative care resources, etc. Verbal guidance with loved ones for moving, bathing, dressing, and arrangement of the deceased until the direct supervision of a licensed funeral director arrives.
Tasks may include readings, music, conversation, art, games, healing touch, spiritual guidance, emotional support, or general companionship with the dying individual. Helping to keep the person clean, dry, comfortable, and feeding when loved one can no longer feed themselves. Responsibilities do not include medical treatments, heavy household chores, or childcare.
Assistance in drafting the letter, ensuring it gets to intended recipients.
Discussion of funeral options, body disposition (fire or water cremation, traditional burial, or green burial), music and reading selections, religious acknowledgements (if any), programming, post burial reception planning and assistance with paperwork such as living will, DNR form, and healthcare power of attorney.
Extended presence and support in the active stages of dying. This can include sitting with, cradling, or holding hands, reading, talking, playing music, or praying is another way to assist in helping the soul transition. This is also the time to perform any last acts of kindness, rituals or cultural traditions along with sacred ceremonies to honor the life lived.
Accompaniment to funeral home, review of general price list, support with selection of goods and services, presence at funeral service.
Coordinating and planning of all funeral aspects to be performed at home and presence at funeral service. *Please see services listed under 'Full End of Life Planning.'
